We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, experienced Restaurant Manager to take the helm and drive the restaurant forward to new levels. Our client is located seven miles from Inverness in the beautiful Highland countryside.
The Job
As an Restaurant Manager you will be very much in the public domain making sure that you are helping and contributing to the daily customer experience throughout this 5 star environment you will be working, as well as learning and developing your skills in all areas of great customer service within a food & Beverage remit within the day to day operation, you will have a wide and varied remit of duties and responsibilities within the estate infrastructure and as Restaurant Manager you will be expected to deliver the very highest service standards within the luxury and award winning product.
The Person
Ideally, we are looking to attract an experienced Food and Beverage individuals who have gained a strong and robust grounding within their career to date and are now looking for that opportunity to take that next step up and work in a highly luxury marketplace environment.
