Our client is now looking to attract a highly experienced and talented Chef de Partie who preferably has fine dining experience, and they will join a highly talented and driven brigade of circa 60. As Chef de Partie, you must be able to demonstrate an outstanding structured career cv to date highlighting the ability to operate at high Rosette level restaurant dining.
