Due to the current Kitchen Chef Manager retiring from the business. Our client sees this as a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Chef looking to develop and work within the sector yet not having the burden of learning and developing and having to deal with large volume events and late evening dining. Our client’s hotel’s main food offerings are balanced over very business morning breakfast mixed with a strong lunch and afternoon teas business mix. Evening dining is max 30 cover per evening which allows the kitchen team a well balance mixture of evenings off and early finishes.
