As we plan to move forward in the wake of what has been an awful last year within the Hospitality sector our Clients are also taking this opportunity to create this new and senior role within their business as they look to appoint a General Manager or indeed a Management Team for this standalone traditional Scottish inn built in 1838, The Inn itself has gained over the years many accolades ranging from outstanding local seafood to locally sourced produce the Inn itself has a long tradition of working with local Highland and Island independent brewers and distillers to establish the Inn as a highland destination offering a great contemporary range of products set within a warm and friendly hospitality environment which comes alive with traditional music and events set within an outstanding scenic location within the North Coast 500 route
