The Job
We require an experienced Head Waiter to run this busy operation. This is a very special opportunity to work in a well-established and successful business, with a highly focused team, creating the most memorable dining experiences by serving food and wine of the highest quality, with professional, yet friendly and engaging service.
The Person
You will excel in your field as a Head Waiter or be an experienced Restaurant Supervisor looking to take the next step on the career ladder. The right candidate will be passionate about quality in both the standard of the food you serve and the level of customer care you employ and will have an in depth knowledge of wine, spirits and all beverages.
