The Place
Easily commutable from Dundee, our client, which is a luxurious private members club, operating as one of Europe’s most exclusive gated communities, is looking for an ambitious Head Housekeeper to join this massively talented senior management team.
The Job
This role is ideally suited to an experienced Housekeeper from a 5* quality establishment, or a Deputy Housekeeper looking to progress in their career. You will be responsible for running the department, managing staff and ensuring high standards are achieved and exceeded throughout the property.
The Person
Our client is looking for someone with dedication and a drive to succeed, who shows attention to detail and is able to work under pressure. Multi-tasking and dealing with both guests and employees, you should have strategic management experience and be aware of the business needs of the property throughout the year. Managing budgets and excellent time management skills will be required. Full training will be given on all the property systems. Highly experienced, from a high-quality environment, red stars would be a great advantage but at least 4/5*. Good communication, hard-working and the ability to lead by example.
Own transport is essential, no live-in accom.
