Our client is a leading independent luxury hotel brand located near the West end of Edinburgh city centre. An opportunity has come onto the market to become the next Head Chef working in this 30+ bedrooms 4*boutique Hotel. Due to the continued success of the Hotel the client is looking for a new and energetic Head Chef to come on board and join this high-end all fresh food concept offering.
Taking responsibility and overseeing the Kitchen operations in an all fresh food concept menu, providing a first-class dining experience. You will train, develop and motivate your team; improving and maintaining standards to ensure the customers’ needs are met and exceeded. Working closely with the General Manager to further develop the offering whilst maintaining exceptionally high standards on every plate
The role would suit an experienced Sous Chef looking for their first Head Chef role. You must have a good understanding of food costs, controls within a quality environment and management of a whole team. Skilled in manning levels and team development are also essential. Excellent presentation and FOH liaison skills are essential to ensure the best standard of quality and delivery for the customer.
A competitive salary of up to £25 000+ will be offered to the right candidate.
