The Job
You will be managing the operational departments of the property, and will continually improving productivity, service and increasing sales and profit throughout the operation. You will support the effective operational team and will work with the heads of department in achieving the revenue and guest satisfaction targets. You will be fully responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience; you will ideally be from a revenue background as this role will require a focus on both revenue and operations. Highly visible in the front of house operation and you will spend time communicating with your guests in this high end corporate & leisure driven environment.
The Person
The successful candidate will demonstrate a background within a quality environment and will have been operating at management level. Candidates applying for this role need to clearly demonstrate in their CV experience within revenue as well as progression and stability!
