Nestled into the beautiful Perthshire landscape, this luxury country hotel are looking for a Conference & Banqueting Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of this busy and popular venue. You will ensure all guests are provided with an efficient, friendly and professional service, ensuring that sales are maximised and all costs are controlled, whilst managing and developing your team. This is not a typical hotel and we are looking for an individual with the gravitas to manage a diverse venue.
To be considered for the post of C&B Manager the successful candidate will demonstrate a consistent employment background at management level within 4 / 5 star hotels. Experienced within C&B with a hands on understanding of catering to large events, weddings and parties. You will be competent in all management practices involved with managing people ie: rotas, wage forecasts, appraisals, recruitment, disciplinary etc. In addition you will be a career driven individual who is passionate about delivering quality and standards.
