As part of the hotels plans for 2019 they are now looking to add and strengthen the team by recruiting a Assistant Manager to join the business. The property is steeped in history and boasts fantastic rooms, award winning F&B along with stunning and breath-taking views across the Loch.
The successful Assistant Manager will have a full variety of remits covering front of house (Reception, Events and Housekeeping) but will also get involved with the hotels fantastic, fine dining restaurant. As assistant Manager, you will gain exposure to all areas of the property, lead the team and play a key role in ensuring the hotels guests consistently receive the highest level of service that this property has built its reputation on.
The ideal candidate for this role will currently be working in a Hotel environment perhaps covering some aspects of the hotel like operations / F&B . However, you are now looking for the next step up on the career ladder. You will have a good understanding of what it takes to provide 4 star service and also have the desire to learn more about how to run a hotel. This position represents a fantastic opportunity to broaden your exposure and take the next step in hotel management.
Our client is offering a basic salary of between £24k to £26 plus accomodation, weekly tips share, meals on duty are provided.
