Over the last 12 years Paul has recruited within the Hospitality, Retail and FMCG sectors. During this time he has specialised in General Management, Regional Management and Board Level Appointments throughout Scotland and the UK.
Paul has a broad range of middle to senior management experience working for Bass Resorts, Sutcliffe Catering, United Biscuits and the TM Group.
Currently Paul is a Board Trustee of the Charity – HIT Scotland and a serving member of the Scottish Steering committee for Springboard Scotland and a member of the IOH.
A former Catering & Hospitality student of the now “City of Glasgow College”, known in Paul’s day as Glasgow College of Food Technology, Paul has an avid interest in most sports, and in particular improving his poor golf handicap.
