Sous Chef Rewards:
A salary of up to £35k is on offer to the successful candidate along with an additional £4k+ tronc annually and fantastic company benefits. There is also live-in accommodation on site which has recently been through refurbishment and is payable at a very good rate if needed.

Xpress is working on behalf of an independent luxury destination where an opportunity for a Seafood-styled Sous Chef has arisen. The venue is renowned for offering high-end, innovative food and amazing service. It is internationally renowned for its luxury and award-winning hospitality, winning numerous accolades over the years. Set in beautiful surroundings this venue is very popular with both the UK and international visitors. It is located on a private estate on the west coast of Scotland, close to major road networks.
The Job:
As Sous Chef, working in this 5-star environment you will be working the stoves, as well as teaching and developing the skills in all areas, of the team around you and the head Chef. You will have a wide and varied remit of duties and responsibilities within the property infrastructure and as Sous Chef you will be expected to deliver the very highest food standards within this luxury and award-winning operation.
The Person
Ideally, we are looking to attract experienced fresh Seafood enthusiasts who have gained a strong and robust grounding within their career to date and are now looking for that opportunity to take that next step up and work in a highly luxury marketplace environment.
Preferably operated with fresh fish and seafood caught on the day, and from a 2 rosette of higher background, we look forward to welcoming your application.
