Owing to a recent expansion into the Edinburgh marketplace, our client is now looking to attract an up-and-coming Bar General Manager or indeed a high-talent DGM who is now looking for that next big step up in their career. The position on offer is that of a Cluster GM overseeing a small cluster of licensed premises all operating under their own branding and style of operation.
