Xpress Recruitment are working with an exciting new Serviced Apartments Business who are looking to build their team with the addition of an experienced Sales Manager.
Our client’s apartments are award winning and based across the UK, from the Highlands of Scotland to the city of Edinburgh and down to the city of London, each of the properties has its own distinctive charm and originality.
You would have the honour of being part of an emerging exciting company who are passionate about their product, staff and customers and dedicated to nurturing and supporting every member of the team and delivering the best quality of stay to each and every guest.
The Role
This vibrant Serviced Apartment business is looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to focus on increasing corporate sales.
You will pro-actively secure large volume corporate sales, ensure you are aware of competitors and identify areas for new opportunities.
While building new business you will continue to account manage existing clients by creating innovative and creative activities ensuring loyalty and engagement.
You will also attend weekly sales and marketing meetings, produce accurate management information on clients, forecasts and development plans. You will focus on achieving targets through consistent sales efforts, setting and conducting client appointments and building relationships with key clients and travel agents.
This role requires you to sell the client’s properties that are based across Scotland and work closely with the operations teams here in Scotland and with the sales team based in England while reporting into the Head of Sales and Marketing.
The Person
We are looking for an experienced Apartment Sales individual who has worked in a similar high service level, Serviced Apartment or Hotel environment.
To be successful in this role you will be proactive, sales driven and enjoy networking and meeting new people every day. You will have an excellent attention to detail, with quality written and verbal communication and the ability to create, produce and present high quality sales proposals.
You will be a competent professional with a can do, friendly and approachable attitude.

The properties are across Scotland and right down to London so you will work a hybrid model, travel to their Scottish properties, with an element of homeworking, travel to London and other nation-wide travel for sales opportunities.
