The Job:
As General Manager you will be totally responsible for managing the complete day to day running of this business . You will be fully accountable for the financial daily targets as well as all agreed GPs and supplier negotiations. You will be fully on board with the product and will work to a clear business plan that will involve all aspects of sales, marketing, investment and staff management taking on board training and development.
The Person:
Ideally, we are looking to attract an experienced Couple who as individuals who have worked within a rural hotel environment, where you will have initially gained a good understanding of customer service and how a busy rural location can burst into life and how everyone needs to work and operate. You may have been working in a operational remit or General Manager capacity and you are now looking for an interim position as a strong team and couple . A solid understanding of how to generate financial revenue, Travel trade business as well as looking for new and exciting ways to build and expand the properties name and reputation within the leisure marketplace.
The Rewards:
Our client is looking to appoint a Interim GM on a package of circa £35k - £40,000 pro rata including accomodation.
