Xpress are delighted to be working with an amazing independently owner Argyll based hotel, owing to internal changes and the business repositioning itself for re-opening the owners are now looking to create a new management position of “Hotel Operations Manager”
As Hotel Operations Manager you will report directly into a Senior Manager and also one of the owners this newly created role will in essence be a develop role to someone looking towards being a future General Manager.
As the Hotel Operations Manager you will be fully responsible for the day to day running of all the departments especially front of House and Food & Beverage which plays a huge part and contributes to the reputation of this well-established independent property.
As we come out of Covid our clients are looking to increase the management team and make sure where possible all of their guests can enjoy their stay in the best health and hygiene safe environment that the company can adhere to in line with the companies SOP’s and government social distance guidelines.
Ideally, we are looking to attract an experience Operations or Deputy Manager someone that has a strong on the floor Food & Beverage and is now looking to kick on in their career; The owners see this as an excellent opportunity for someone that perhaps wants to live rurally and work in a high end independent hotel where excellent training and development can be learned over the next year to 18 months as the business gets back to full market productivity. As Hotel Operations Manager you will be able to demonstrate hands on experience, someone that enjoys leading by example and likes setting high customer service standards
