The Job
- Responsible for the whole Front Office Department - Reception teams (Days and Nights) – approx 12 in the team.
- This role will report to the Hotel Operations Manager.
- Duty management shifts will be part of this role.
- Availability to cover a variety of shifts 5/7, as the business requires

The Person
We are looking for an experienced FOM/Reception Manager who can effectively manage the team, with medium/large-sized quality hotel experience and has good knowledge of Front Office systems and processes.
Ideally, we are looking for OPERA experience
