The Place:
Xpress are delighted to be working with a highly successful boutique hotel operator that is now looking to strengthen its existing Aberdeenshire-based property with the appointment of a new Food & Beverage Senior Supervisor, as Food & Beverage Senior Supervisor you will be part of a team of 3 that will report directly into the property General Manager.
The Job:
As Food & Beverage Senior Supervisor you will be partly responsible for the day-to-day motivation and support of the overall F&B team. Working closely with other departmental members you will have the overall remit for implementing all standards of customer service and care, training, managing all rotas and compliance policies in line with the company's SOPs.
The Person:
Ideally, we are looking to attract an experienced F&B focussed, branded or non-branded individual who has been able to get their initial groundings and worked their way up over the last 2 to 3 years. Candidates will now be at that stage where they want to take that next step up in management development. Applying candidates ideally would be able to demonstrate experience in a busy rural hotel environment with several food and beverage outlets.
