Xpress is delighted to be working with one of our Highland clients who has a portfolio of award-winning outlets based within the Invernesshire and Highlands region, they are now looking to strengthen their teams by investing in a quality Duty Manager role for their primary hotel to help support and strengthen their existing company management infrastructure.
The Job:
As the Duty Manager for this property, you will be very much in the public domain making sure that you are helping and contributing to the daily customer experience throughout this new build and luxury environment that you will be working in, as well as learning and developing your skills in all areas of great customer service mainly with a food & Beverage remit within the day to day operation, you will have a wide and varied remit of duties and responsibilities within the infrastructure and as Hotel Duty Manager, you will be expected to deliver the very highest service standards within a hotel award-winning operation.
The Person
Ideally, we are looking to attract experienced Food and Beverage individuals who have gained a solid and robust grounding within their career to date and are now looking for that opportunity to take that next step up and work in a hotel with a very varied working environment. Preferably WSET qualified. No live-in accommodation is available for this role.
