Xpress Recruitment are working with one of the world’s leading hotel organisations to help recruit a Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing for their cluster of hotels in Edinburgh/Glasgow.
The Job
The successful Director of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for managing the sales team and will implement a very pro-active sales approach aimed at increasing revenue into all areas of the hotel. This property has been one of the best performing within the business and as such this is a key appointment. Reporting into a regional DOS and the GM of each hotel you will play a key role in ensuring the property takes advantage and maximises the recent upturn in the market.
The Person
The ideal candidate for this Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing role will currently be operating at a similar level, ideally in a good quality, large hotel or resort. You will be used to leading a team and also dealing with a variety of senior stakeholders. We need someone with a track record of delivering growth across a large business and someone who can deal with several market segments. You will be a dynamic individual who is used to operating at the top end of the market.
