The best in pubs in Scotland announced at annual award ceremony

The winners of the national Pub & Bar Awards 2023 were announced and four pubs across Scotland were named as the best in their areas.

The Swan is one of 15 pubs and bars to have been distinguished at this year's National Pub & Bar of the Year awards.

Fifteen regional winners will be announced before the national winner is announced, who goes to The Running Horses in Mickleham, Surrey.

Sud-west Scotland: The Electric Bar, North Lanarkshire

The top bars and pubs in Scotland were chosen as Tigh An Truish (Isle of Wight), The Criterion (St. Andrews, Fife), The Scran & Scallie (Edinburgh), and The Electric Bar (Motherwell), according to the awards

ceremony.

North East Scotland: Five Criterion

The National Pub & Bar Awards 2023 also saw the recognition of four more different awards.
