Xpress Recruitment are delighted to be working with our fantastic client based in the beautiful coastal town of St Andrews, who are currently looking to add a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to their kitchen brigade.

Key responsibilities:
Supporting the Sous and Head Chef in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
Maintaining a clean, organised and compliant work environment
Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
Working across different sections as required
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
A background in fresh food kitchens – fine dining or high-end bistro experience a real advantage
A keen interest in seafood and local produce
Someone who works well under pressure and takes pride in their craft
Strong team ethic, reliability and a positive attitude
