Key responsibilities: 






  • Supporting the Sous and Head Chef in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen 








  • Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard 








  • Maintaining a clean, organised and compliant work environment 








  • Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste 








  • Working across different sections as required 






What we’re looking for: 






  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up 








  • A background in fresh food kitchensfine dining or high-end bistro experience a real advantage 








  • A keen interest in seafood and local produce 










  • Someone who works well under pressure and takes pride in their craft 








  • Strong team ethic, reliability and a positive attitude
