Xpress Recruitment are currently working with an established & fashionable modern restaurant in the heart of Edinburgh. As the business grows and develops we are currently looking to add to their already successful team by recruiting a Multi-site Operations Manager.
The Job:
As Operations Manager you will be clearly responsible for assisting in the running of this very tight and highly profitable business, reporting and working closely with the owner your role will be to clearly act and work as an OPerations Manager within the business, making sure that all policies, procedures are implemented through a team of loyal, devoted and dedicated individuals that have helped to date in growing and establish the superb customer service reputation that has helped bring individuals back again and again.
This is a hands-on position and will involve leading a team by actively being involved in the operation on a day to day basis.
The Person:
Ideally we are looking for an experienced Deputy or Assistant Manager or indeed perhaps an existing General Manager / Operations Manager who might be looking to take on a multi-site operation. Applying candidates must clearly understand good service and can demonstrate a quality background and a track record within the restaurant sector, this successful individual must be able to commercially understand how an independent operation works coupled with the understanding of brand standards that can help the establishment maintain a competitive advantage..
The Rewards:
Our client is offering a highly competitive basic salary circa £23,000 - £28,000 plus an additional manager’s bonus subject to KPI’s being achieved within the business.
