The Job:
As a Sales Manager, the successful candidate will have responsibility for both responding to incoming enquiries while also generating new business opportunities for the hotel. Reporting into the General Manager, you will be tasked with selling accommodation, increase corporate group bookings, develop banqueting sales and build on the hotels profile within the local market. You will work in partnership with the central sales and revenue teams who are based in Europe and support the UK hotels.
The Person:
For this Sales Managers role, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong background within sales and ideally will have experienced some exposure to Hospitality, Sales and Event management. You will be approachable, helpful, polite, co-operate and work with departmental colleagues and team members across the business. You will carry out tasks as designated and manage the day to day practical aspects of the role in an organised, structured and professional way.
The successful candidate will be driven, passionate about customer service, hospitality, well networked and be able to meet demanding sales targets.
The Rewards:
