As part of this UK investment our clients is looking to initially recruit a Partnership Development Manager and On Boarding Executive.
The Job:
As a Business Development Manager you will be tasked with growing and developing the company’s Hotel, Contract Catering, Restaurant and Bar business within the main central belt of Scotland . This role will be a combination of account management as well as new business. The key focus of this role is developing productive, long term relationships with both individuals and larger group operators within the main Scottish cities .
The Person:
The ideal Business Development Manager will have an in-depth knowledge of the Scottish Hospitality Sector and be aware of all the main players with the Hotel, Contract catering Restaurant and Bar scene. You will be a polished communicator and have a sales technique that complements our clients unique, collaborative culture. You will need to able to demonstrate a track record of developing and maintaining long lasting, business relationships while also having the self-motivation to success in a business that does not believe in micro-management. Our client is ideally looking for hospitality experienced individuals that can understand their product and also the frustrations of being on both sides of good and bad service.
The Rewards:
