Owing to internal changes within this the current management structure, we are now looking externally to attract a highly talented and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager / General Manager to join this highly successful privately owned business.
The Job:
As a Restaurant Manager / General Manager you will report directly into the principle owner of this business and as part of your job remit you will be fully accountable for managing all the financial GP’s relating to wages, food and wet sales within this busy west end restaurant. As Restaurant Manager / General Manager you will be fully responsible for working with a highly dedicated and loyal employee structure consisting of staffing structure circa 25 consisting of full time and part time employees many who have been with the family business for well over 10 years ; As Restaurant Manager /General Manager you will be expected to lead from the Front and be very much active and on the floor making sure that all clients and VIP’s are being given that true family service that our client has built up over the last 20 years of operating within the Glasgow Restaurant scene ; As Restaurant Manager / General Manager you will be expected to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being implemented as well as learning and developing your own skills in all areas of great customer service within a food & Beverage remit within the day to day operation, you will have a wide and varied remit of duties and responsibilities within the restaurants ’ infrastructure and as Restaurant Manager / General Manager you will be expected to deliver the very highest service standards within the premier and award winning product.
The Person:
Ideally, we are looking to attract an experienced Restaurant Manager who has gained a strong understanding of perhaps from working in a high volume branded environment and now wishes to move away from the high street culture and into much more of a friendly rapport building on keeping and retaining local, international and VIP guests engaged with a high quality family approach to restaurant dining.
The Rewards:
Our client is looking to appoint a Restaurant Manager / General Manager on a package of circa £35,000 comprise of a first class basic and benefits package.
