Group and Guesthouse Manager
The Property:
The Cathedral of the Isles is Britain’s smallest Cathedral and offers Group, Retreat group and B&B accommodation in the attached college, set around cloisters and garden and benefiting from a unique library, all built in the 19th century. The property consists of 17 bedrooms in 2 wings with catering provided for in the refectory; the collage requires a Group and Guest house manager.
The Job:
The Manager will be responsible for providing and hosting retreat group and B&B guests leading and inspiring the staff to deliver exceptional guest experience. This highly visible leadership role will deal with every aspect of developing the business to ensure target revenue and profit is achieved, whilst sympathetically working with the Cathedral congregation and the greater community of the island.
The Person:
The successful candidate will demonstrate a background within a hospitality business, having lead and managed a team; can demonstrate business acumen and the ability to interact with guests and a wide variety of the public
