At the heart of this restaurant is authentic Italian style cooking and as part of this restaurant, our client ideally would like to attract an experienced chefs who have worked within an Italian style restaurant background. The family are behind well-known Rome restaurant Alfredo Alla Scrofa, where it is claimed fettucine alfredo was invented.
The Job:
We need chefs with first-class cooking skills and who have a passion for food and hospitality and with attention to detail. We would like you to train, develop, maintain and improve the high standard of service to new and existing staff. This company believes that where a team works harmoniously the business will ultimately show increased profitability!
The Person:
The ideal chefs will have previous experience in food preparation and service within a restaurant, banqueting, contract catering or hotel environment. The candidate will also be driven, enthusiastic and have a passion for food and service delivery. Have minimum of 2 years full time experience, NVQ or City & Guild qualification or have proven track record in the industry and a recent Food Hygiene Certificate. Professional, motivated, reliable and friendly approach.
