Our Client is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the team in this West end city centre restaurant. Recent introduction of the new Head Chef means he wants to create a new team for the future. You will be leading the junior brigade for him in producing great food with the freshest ingredients to the highest of standards.

The Place:


Our Client is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the team in this West end city centre restaurant, leading the junior brigade in producing great food with the freshest of ingredients, adhering to all company policies and procedures.


The Job:


As a Chef de Partie you will be working as part of a winning team ensuring that all daily tasks and prep is completed to the company standards. You will also be supervising Demi Chefs/Commis Chefs and leading the kitchen team in absence of senior chefs. A keen focus on ensuring everything is as fresh as possible and to the highest quality is essential.


The Person:


You will need to have a keen eye for detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure and support the kitchen management by supervising the junior team. We are keen to speak to career minded individuals who are looking to build on their skills and develop their careers long term. You may be a Commis Chef looking for that next step up in your career or even a CDP that wants a different experience.


The Rewards:


Salary is £22,000 on offer to the successful candidates along with fantastic company benefits and excellent share of tips.
