The Job
As the Spa and Leisure Manager you will build professional relationships with members and guests and lead the team in demonstrating a first class service and a lasting memory of our company values in our customers. This is a hands on role overseeing an important part of the hotel, working closely with the General Manager in achieving and exceeding targets, managing day to day operations and optimising financial performance while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. As part of the management team you will undertake duty management shifts as part of your Head of Department role.
The Person
Coming from a good quality Leisure/SPA background you will be able to demonstrate solid operational experience in this sector as well the ability to devise new ways of promoting the complex. You will have sound financial skills to go along with your proficiency in dealing with a wide variety of people from customers to senior management.
