The Job:
The role of Front of House Manager is a hand’s on role, with the responsibility for the day to day running of the front of house department. The lobby area is a hive of activity for this busy hotel; everyday is different and this hotel is popular with both corporate and leisure customers. Your continual achievement of standards and ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times.
The Person:
The successful candidate will have previously held a Front of House Managers or Assistant role within a quality Hotel environment. It’s essential you have a thorough working knowledge of front of based systems. You will be guest focused with a friendly approach and committed to delivering excellence.
The Rewards:
For the post of Front of House Manager a salary of up to £21,500 is available for the successful candidate along with excellent company benefits.
