Xpress Recruitment are delighted to be working with this 5 star award winning Venue, which over the last 4 years has achieved outstanding awards and accreditations from Visit Scotland regarding their overall customer experience and service. As part of our clients continued investment within the venue and management structure, they are now looking to appoint in a newly created role a Head of Food and Beverage.
The Job:
As Head of Food and Beverage you will be reporting directly into the venue’s General Manager, you will be fully responsible for working closely with the venues Executive Head Chef in making sure that between menu planning and product sourcing back of house, the delivery front of house by your Food and Beverage team full time and part time are fully educated and are able to expand and explain to all guests and residents the local provenance of the food as matching and recommending wines, spirts and liqueurs, which are all held within the venues extensive cellars. Within your responsibility you will be expected to be a “Venue Ambassador” and within your remit you will be fully responsible for managing, developing, training and motivating your Food and Beverage team as well as engaging with local colleges and universities.
The Person:
Ideally, we are looking to attract an experienced “Food & Beverage Manager” of even an existing Operational Manager who is current responsible for the Food and Beverage remit within either an existing private establishment operating at minimum 4 star if not 5 star grading. As an individual you will be able to clearly highly within your own career development a first class grounding working within high end luxury environments. Our clients see this appointment as a structured development remit and with this appointment our clients is looking for an exception luxury food and drinks individual passionate about food, service and delivery. This is a high end bespoke luxury product and candidates apply must be able to demonstrate this within their CV to be considered by our retained consultants Xpress.
