The Job:
As Store Manager you will be fully responsible for the day-to-day management of your standalone outlet, working with your team you will report into a highly supportive Area Operations Manager. Within your remit as the Store Manager you will be fully trained in all the operating areas relating to the company and your outlet, you will receive a full product induction, you will also receive a full induction into all the financial process and systems that operate within a daily, weekly and year bases. The company prides itself on being at the heart of its local community so as the Store Manager we would be looking for you as part of your job to get to know your customer and your local community priding your outlet with great local customer service. Working over a 5 day over 7 day working remit
The Person:
Ideally, we are looking to attract an experience individual who perhaps now want to work in a smaller establishment or indeed someone who enjoys working in a fast-food retail environment but is looking for something locally where you will be part of a small compact team and working in more of a face to face environment rather than perhaps online uber and Deliveroo
The Rewards:
