The Place:  


Xpress are delighted to be working with one of our Scottish based clients who operate a range of venues and attractions across Scotland. Owing to recent internal restructuring our client is now looking to appoint in a newly created role a PA to the Scottish Managing Director based in Edinburgh


The Job: 

As PA to the Managing Director you will be fully responsible for the day-to-day diary management of the MD’s commitments, you will also be fully responsible for manging and preparing all classified and confidential memo and documents, AS PA will also be privy to all Board meeting and making sure notes and actions are circulated within to the appropriate personnel. As PA you will also be responsible for managing and booking all travel and coordinating any required travel.


The Person:  

Ideally, we are looking to attract an experience PA and ideally an individual who has operated in a senior PA Board level appointment category. This role would suit someone who has perhaps worked in a Leisure or large 5-star Hotel or Tourism Attraction venue and has a good knowledge of how the Hospitality, leisure and Tourism sectors operate within the Scottish marketplace.


The Rewards: 


Our client is looking to appoint a PA to the Managing Director circa £26,000 to £28,000 plus outstanding performance related benefits, this is a great opportunity to grow and join an award-winning employer who are currently going through a strong period of new business growth.
