We are currently working in partnership with a renowned top 4* Golf Resort Hotel, who are currently have an opportunity for an Operations Manager.
The Job
Taking responsibility and overseeing predominantly the Food & Beverage operation as well as the rooms within this award winning 4*Hotel which boasts a restaurant and bar as well as a busy wedding venue. You’ll train, develop and motivate your team; improving and maintaining standards to ensure the guest’s needs are met and exceeded. Working closely with the General Manager you will ideally be from an F&B background as this Hotel has a very large C&B / Wedding operation.
The Person
You must have at least operations manager hotel experience. The role would suit an experienced F&B Manager looking to move up to the next level or an experienced Operations Manager looking to join a progressive and forward thinking group. Excellent presentation and FOH skills are also essential.
