Our client operates a superb Independent luxury hotel set within rural Aberdeen-shire set within stunning surrounding compressing of outdoor pursuits such as shooting, fishing, walking, golf or simply just eating and relaxing. Our client has created a relaxed country dwelling which makes you feel you are working in a back-to-nature bolt-hole with a little touch of luxury. Our client is now looking to appoint a House Manager to join this established small but close team as they plan to move forward over 2020.
You will be managing the operational departments of the property, and will continually improve productivity, service and increasing sales and profit throughout the Hotel. You will support the effective operational team and will work with the heads of department in achieving the revenue and guest satisfaction targets. You will be fully responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience; you will ideally be from a hotel operational background as this role will require a focus on both revenue and operations. Highly visible in the front of house operation and you will spend time communicating with your guests in this high end corporate & leisure driven environment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a background within a quality environment and will have been operating at management level. Candidates applying for this role need to clearly demonstrate in their CV experience within revenue as well as progression and stability!

Our client is offering a salary of around c. £30,000 to £35,000 plus company benefits.
