Our client, who runs high profile Educational site with a great reputation for providing excellent service owing to internal changes that are urgently looking for a Chef Manager. This is mainly a Monday to Friday operation with the Chef Manager responsible for covering 1 weekend in 4
The Job;
As Chef Manager you will lead, manage and develop the team in achieving the set objectives laid out by the company. You will be the main lead and responsible for managing and reporting into a Regional Catering Controller you will be fully expected to continually review the service standards and the food offered throughout this multi-unit set up . Continually manage the image of the business in line with company standards and be a true ambassador for the group utilizing all the resources offered.
The Person;
This role will suit a chef with a real passion for food. Previous experience of working within contract catering would be preferred. Your stable work history, experience in a similar quality operation and your desire to progress your career where you still want to work in a kitchen yet move towards that Unit Manager remit .
The Rewards;
A salary of £30,000 plus outstanding pension and holiday benefits awaits the right candidate.
