A varied and hands-on role dealing with all aspects of the running of a dynamic, small, independently owned property, guest facing at all times, this role demands a candidate from a high-end 4/5* quality background. The current team strive for perfection, you will be attention to detail personified you will have full responsibility for the day to day operation.
The Person
The successful candidate will demonstrate a background within quality Food & Beverage and will have been operating at Operations / Management level. Candidates applying need to clearly demonstrate within their CV quality progression and stability within their career. Hands on and challenge orientated, passionate and driven.
