Our client is a leading independent based in the central belt of Scotland. Owing to internal promotions and recent changes, our client is now looking externally to attract a highly organised and experienced Bar Manager.
The Job
To manage and ensure the smooth front of house operation of all bars, and to maintain high standards of customer service and food/beverage quality at all times. The post holder will focus on the Bars outlets and on ensuring a full bars service, but will have an operational understanding of the food service side of the business in bar areas and work closely with the Operations Manager on ensuring high standards of service in all outlets
The Person
This is an exceptionally exciting opportunity which requires a Bar Manager with personality and attitude to deliver the quality service, manage the staff and look after the product. It will be your responsibility to create a sophisticated atmosphere. You will have experience within a similar modern environment with an excellent working knowledge of the drinks industry. This opportunity would be ideal for someone working at a supervisor and looking for their next step. Your ability to motivate a team to deliver exceptional standards time after time will also be key. You will be passionate about creating a comfortable and friendly, yet professional environment for your guests and the team, it is essential that you have drive and enthusiasm.
