Xpress are working on behalf of an independent luxury 4* Country House hotel where an opportunity for a Chef de Partie has arisen. The venue is renowned for offering high end consistent 2AA Rosette dining, has beautiful wedding & conference facilities, for exclusive use accommodation and events. Set in beautiful surroundings relatively close to the major road networks. This venue is popular to both UK and international visitors, located on a private estate in the Heart of Perthshire.
As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for managing and supporting the senior chefs along with the daily operational matters relating to the venue. You will implement and maintain service standards and develop more junior team members. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining health and safety standards, whilst ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved. As a CDP you will working very closely with the senior chefs for the delivering of a breakfast, lunch and dinner for both the restaurant and functions part of the business.
It is essential that you will have gained a structured and experienced kitchen management background, preferably working with a high-profile venue or a Country House Hotel operation. As a CDP, we are looking for that unique individual who can drive your corner of the kitchen whilst pushing to learn more from the senior staff brigade. You should be flexible and focused and show the will to have excellent leadership and man management skills.
A competitive salary is on offer for this position depending on experience of up to £23,000, along with all the company benefits. There is also live-in accommodation on site which has recently been through refurbishment and is payable at a very good rate.
