Owing to a recent internal change within one of our clients Glasgow based properties, Xpress have been assigned this assignment in the recruitment of an “Interim General Manager” to be based at of our clients Glasgow based hotels.
As Interim General Manager you will be fully responsible for the day to day management of this highly efficient Branded Budget Hotel property. As Interim General Manager you main focus during these unprecedented time will be to make sure that the Hotel and your people are managing all KPIs in line with the company’s and departmental remits you will report into a Uk based Regional Director as well as having head office and regional support to help you implementing all standards within the areas of the hotel, owing to Covid restriction the property is providing a restricted restaurant and bar service and you will work to all the companies compliance policies in line with the companies SOP’s
Ideally, we are looking to attract an experience GM or indeed a Deputy GM or Operations Manager that might have found that they have been displaced owing to the recent Covid impact on the hospitality sector. Applying candidates must be able to demonstrate large multinational systems experience which could come from either IHG, Hilton, Accor, Marriott or Premier Inn
Our client is looking to appoint a this Interim GM on a prorate bases circa £45,000 per annum minimum contract length 3 months.
