Our client operates a fantastic 4 star quality hotel in Aberdeenshire. This property has around 50 rooms, extensive banqueting facilities and forms part of a renowned hotel organisation. With a reputation for innovation and service excellence they are looking to recruit an HR manager.
The Job
As HR Manager you will be responsible for supporting the HR process and being a key advisor to the operational management team within the hotel. You will be required to make key HR business decisions in conjunction with the Senior Managers and Managing Director. You will be tasked with being hands on to recruit, train, motivate and performance manage both permanent and casual staff and will be expected to deliver great customer services through these teams via effective training and development. You will provide generalist HR support to all managers in areas of Employee Resourcing, Employee Relations and HR Administration.
The Person
To be considered for this role as HR Manager you must have previous experience in an HR role gained within a hospitality / tourism / retail environment. You must have a hands on approach in order to deliver the operational training part of this role. This is a demanding role that requires real involvement in operations. You will be energetic and highly driven. Part or fully CIPD qualified would be a benefit.
The Rewards
The salary for this HR Manager role is in the region of up £28000.
