Owing to internal changes within the team, they are now having to look externally for a Head Receptionist. The Job:
The role of Head Receptionist is a hands on role, with the responsibility for the day to day running of the front of house department. The lobby area is a hive of activity for this busy city centre hotel; every day is different and this hotel is busy with both corporate and leisure customers. Your focus will be on the continual achievement of high company standards and you will be responsible for ensuring that the guest satisfaction can be surpassed at all times by great welcomes and hurry back we miss you departures!
The Person
The successful candidate will have previously held a team leader or supervisory role within a quality Hotel environment. It’s essential you have a thorough working knowledge of front office based systems. You will be guest focused with a friendly approach and committed to delivering excellence customer service in a bright and engaging manner, ideally we see this person being someone looking for that opportunity to take a step up in their career to words being a Front of House Manager.
The Rewards
For the post of Head Receptionist a salary of c.£24,000 is available for the successful candidate along with excellent company benefits.
