A quality boutique hotel based in a busy town in the Scottish Borders is now looking for a Head Chef.
Our client are looking for a sous chef to assist their experienced and excellent Head chef. The kitchen team are responsible for producing a high quality food product to both a casual and formal dining area as well as to a very busy function business. There is a real emphasis on fresh local produce throughout the dishes. You will need to be a strong head chef with good kitchen management experience to be able to deputise in the absence of the head chef and assist them in daily management tasks.
This is a an exciting role to be part of a highly successful hotel and team and therefore you must be passionate about delivering excellence. The successful candidate will demonstrate a background within high quality, well renowned establishments where you have been a sous chef – preferably Restaurant or hotel background. You will be a passionate, driven, enthusiastic and ambitious individual who is eager to progress their career.
Our client is offering a salary package of £30,000 along with a company benefits package.
