Our client operates a number of unique, and modern business interests and is continuing to expand throughout Scotland. They are currently looking to recruit a dedicated, professional, and career-oriented General Manager to join the new management structure in one of their Fife operations.
The Job
As General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that a fantastic customer experience is delivered through leading, motivating, and coaching a large team throughout the business. Alongside the senior management team, you will have responsibility for stock management and cash control, local marketing and promotional activities, looking to maximise both sales and profitability through your efforts.
The Person
To be successful in the role, you will need to be a proven Food & Beverage led General Manager with a passion for exceptional customer service, food, drinks, and the overall customer experience, start to finish. You should be a born marketeer, leader, extrovert, and have great business acumen to ensure that the business continues to grow ever more successful! You should have a progressive Assistant Manager or current General Manager background, in a high-volume, branded environment, where quality is the rule - not the exception. Our client looks for personality which shines through along with a genuine passion for the industry.
The Rewards
