One of Scotland’s largest and most diverse hospitality groups, with a collection of 50+ venues across Scotland including bars, restaurants, hotels and more, is looking for an ambitious General Manager to lead food and beverage operations in this stunning city centre hotel.
The Job:
As Food & Beverage General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the complete day-to-day running front of house and overseeing all Food and Beverage operations within this prestigious property. We are looking to recruit a passionate individual to join a hard-working team looking to push the service up a level. You will report directly to the property GM, and ensure that daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion, whilst assisting with the development of the core F&B strategy, controlling FOH staffing and working within agreed budgets. Consistently delivering and exceeding customer expectations twinned with keeping in close communication with the Senior Management Team, overall F&B team, kitchen brigade and suppliers is paramount to this client's success.
The Person:
You will need to have a keen eye for detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure as well as manage all within the F&B team as and when needed. We are keen to speak to career-minded individuals who are looking to build on their skills and develop their careers long-term. Someone that also likes to give back to others within the team by providing on-the-job training, and improving the skills of all individuals.
