A fantastic family friendly indoor activity centre have an exciting opportunity available for a Food and Beverage Manager to develop and continually improve the F&B department. This is a high volume, high paced role that will suit someone who is able to hit the ground running.
Reporting into the General Manager your role will be to implement and achieve the day to day operational standards, service and financial targets that are expected from the food and beverage department of this large stand alone unit, managing supervisors and a team of around 10 including the kitchen staff to drive the business forward. You will look after the welfare of the clients and staff. Once you have established a consistent turnover in the department you will need to continue this and drive revenue to increase by at least 50%. This is certainly achievable with the right skills, experience drive and vision.
You will need to have a proven track record in Food and Beverage management and people management. You will need to lead by example and deliver within a demanding environment. This is a role for someone with attention to detail and high service standards.
