The Job
As Director of Operations, you will be fully responsible for managing a property portfolio across a geographical location. As Director of Operations, you must clearly be able to demonstrate a strong commercial awareness you must also be working in a multi-site branded or unbranded hotel environment. Thus, ensuring that you can understand current owner and Asset Management requirements within financial accounting. As Director of Operations, you will be expected to Direct, train, motivate and support where required your regional or UK team in making sure that all regional or national budgets, Company Policies and procedures are being adhered to.
The Person
Owing to the expansion and growth of our client applying candidates at this stage must be able to clearly demonstrate multi-Hotel management experience to date. Ideally gained in large multi-site hotel properties
