The role
As a Commis Chef, you’ll be an integral part of a dynamic kitchen team, working with the finest Scottish produce to create exceptional dishes that’ll ignite your passion for cooking. You’ll assist in preparing and cooking for busy breakfast services and manage up to 250 dinners on peak days, ensuring everything runs smoothly. With prior kitchen experience, a love for British cuisine, and a keen interest in using locally sourced, fresh ingredients, you’ll thrive in this fast-paced environment. Above all, your positive attitude and teamwork spirit will help you fit seamlessly into our clients' motivated, friendly brigade. Shift patterns will vary, with a focus on breakfast and dinner service.
