Xpress Recruitment are currently working with a fast growing group to help recruit a Cluster Sales Manager to head up and implement a new project within the busy and vibrant city of Aberdeen. This group has seen significant growth over the last few years through acquisitions and new build developments which has helped them boasts a fantastic selection of hotels based within the Scotland/UK market.
The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing a new build sales and marketing campaign that will working across all trading revenue channel capturing corporate and leisure business as well as looking at promoting and engaging the hotel with the leading DTA Tour Operators. This is an exciting remit and as part of your job remit you will be responsible for managing and developing the hotel properties social media platforms to make sure that the Hotel is achieving the very best audience numbers . The role will include all elements of New business development, account management, as well as being responsible for local engagement with leading DMC and marketing bureau’s to promote and enhance the hotel as a no1 must stay destination.
The ideal candidate must come from a Hotel sales background. The company are looking externally to attract an existing and experienced Sales and Manager someone that knows the Aberdeen market and is able to hit the boards running on a larger and broader remit that perhaps just a Sales remit. Sales experience is essential as is the ability to demonstrate a solid background in key account management. Reporting into a highly experienced General Manager, you will be a self-starter, highly motivated and be able to work on your own initiative.
In exchange for the above experience, our client is offering a basic salary between £35,000-£40,000 plus package. This is a great time to join this expanding business in a newly created role.
